IPS actively pursues both asset acquisitions and creating partnerships with asset owners. These partnerships may be entered into with either cash infusion or supply and product sales agreements.
Taking advantage of our relationships with other clients, IPS can be active in the development of synergistic opportunities with other facilities. These may include feedstocks, intermediates, sharing of fixed and variable costs, etc.
IPS can provide a client with proposals and justification for alternative feedstocks for which IPS can facilitate the acquisition. This may include feedstock purchase and/or product sales contracts.
