Utilizing the diverse experience of its executives and consultants, IPS can become a partner in the development of capital projects, beginning with the identification of needs and opportunities and continuing through the development of a detailed project scope.
IPS executives have long standing relationships with process technology providers, who can be utilized to select the optimum technology for client capital projects.
IPS manages and integrates the activities of the engineering, procurement, and construction phases of the project. Clients with sophisticated and intricate capital projects, sometimes in challenging locations, can utilize IPS as the Client Representative and overall program manager, ensuring that all their expectations are met. Acting as the Client's Representative, IPS seamlessly merges the skills of all contractors and subcontractors, many from diverse cultures and backgrounds, thus delivering a successful project. This role is particularly suited to clients who do not have available a strong corporate engineering/strategic planning group, or those that operate in remote locations.
