IPS executives and contractors have extensive experience in the optimization of the operation of refining and petrochemical facilities. This includes troubleshooting, Process Improvement Plan studies, post project performance evaluation, catalyst/chemical selection and many other functions.
Commissioning and startup support has been a core strength of IPS since the company's inception. This includes the final construction phase of a project, commissioning of equipment, startup and post auditing of the performance of a Unit. These activities may be as a client representative, working with a project group or with a technology licensor.
IPS representatives often provide Process Safety Management and environmental compliance consulting. This may include facilitation or participation in Hazop studies, resolution of compliance issues, client representation during compliance audits, safety and environmental action item backlog elimination, litigation etc.
Process engineering is a core strength of the IPS executive team. Process engineering tasks may be delegated to IPS contract resources, with oversight and mentoring by IPS executives.
